week 5 was book week so miss Mitchel decided to bring a kiwi author to our mini hall to talk to us.
He has made many books from the series dragon defenders and told us a story of how he thought of his book .the story was…
His children were coming home from school and they were starving so his wife called him and asked to put some crumpets in the toaster for them.
He had them in the freezer so they don't get mouldy and expired.
He took them out and 2 were stuck together so he cut them with his big knife as there were
No more knifes left so he used it and he cut himself by accident, he bleed alot and he was spraying blood everywhere all over the house. HE had 2 towels full with blood and when his family came home the kids had to go into their rooms and his wife took him to the hospital and the cool thing was that he had a harry potter scar. And he learnt never to play with knives.
He even showed a photo of his harry potter scar on his hand. And also showed the photo of the knife he got from his wedding.
He used his kids 2 kids as inspiration for his books, and even made a 3D map for his books but you have to download a app.

The dragon defenders,the dragon tamers, the dragon hunters, and the dragon riders.
He has 12 years being a author and is a proud father with his lovey wife.
